130815 沙丁魚/Sardine

It's a recipe in "Midnight Restaurant" which is a Japanese comic. It is about a chef & clients' story which touches my heart. There are lots of recipes in it. Today I chose the easiest one, sardine baked with onion.
In Taiwan, it's difficult to get a sardine with olive oil. Fortunately, I found one in Carrefour.
The recipe is just to put onion shreds on sardine and then put sardine can into a oven. After 5mins, it's done. It looks nice and tastes great. Let me miss Lisbon, Portugal. Sardine cans in Lisbon are popular.

深夜食堂裡的一道菜,食材很簡單,就只有沙丁魚罐頭和洋蔥
其實很容易料理,但是橄欖油沙丁魚罐頭挺不好買的,我找了一段時間都找不到合適的沙丁魚罐頭。爾然的機會在家樂福買到了。
掛家樂福自有品牌,產地是摩洛哥。
只要把烤箱預熱,切點洋蔥絲擺上罐頭,烤個5分鐘就好了。口味是日西合併,合不合台灣人口味就不知道了,但是我到是蠻喜歡的。
