最近電視上有一則旅遊新聞，內容是說侯硐當地村長太太很愛養貓，侯硐地區的貓咪都快比當地人口多了，突然想起五年多前的旅程
那年我一人獨自搭火車去東部，在侯硐車站做了短暫的停留，當時就發現侯硐的貓咪很多，而且不怎麼怕人，當時就拍了這些照片，現在回想起來還挺有意思的
100306 Costco New York Strip Steak, DIY.
Today, my mon went to Costco/Hsinchu. I asked her to purchase beef steak. Originally, I just need filet steak, but she bought New York strip steak. It's really expensive. It costs around NTD1500 for four pieces. That's my first time to cook such expensive steak by myself. I decided to use a oven to roast it. I roasted for 15min. I avoided it from well-done. I only added pepper without any salt on it. However, It's still with good flavor. It tasted pretty well. I ate it with A1 sauce. I think it is a successful dish.
